Plans & Pricing

Three plans, priced per seat. Clients are always free.

Section 1 — The three plans

Plan Per seat, monthly Per seat, annual
Starter $24 $20
Studio $39 $32
Agency $59 $49

The annual price is the same product paid twelve months in advance. Every plan includes unlimited guests, unlimited client spaces and unlimited files; what changes between them is how much your own team can do at once and how much history you keep.

Every new workspace starts on a fourteen-day trial with no card and no seat limit, so you can try the plan you think you want rather than the one you can afford to guess at.

Section 2 — What each plan includes

Starter is for a small agency running a handful of clients. Updates, files and the activity log; one connection of your choice from Integrations; twelve months of history in every client space.

Studio adds approvals, all three connections at once, and unrestricted history. Most agencies that move off Starter do it for approvals rather than for the connections.

Agency adds the manager role, so client spaces can be created and run by people who are not owners, and it adds the ability to appoint more than two owners. It is the plan for an agency where more than one person is accountable for the client relationship.

Nothing is removed from a workspace when it moves down a plan. History outside a Starter workspace's twelve months becomes unreadable rather than deleted, and it becomes readable again the moment the workspace moves back up.

Section 3 — Seats and guests

Seats are the people in your agency who sign in. Guests are your clients, and guests cost nothing on every plan.

There is no minimum. A one-person agency pays for one seat. There is no maximum either: a seat can be added at any time and takes effect immediately.

Seats are counted as they stand at the moment the workspace is billed.

Deactivating a person frees their seat at once and keeps their name on the work they did.

Section 4 — Changing plan

A workspace can move between plans at any time, up or down, from the billing page. There is no notice period, no fee for changing, and no minimum term on the monthly plans.

Moving up takes effect immediately, and the difference for the remaining days of the current period is prorated onto the next invoice.

Moving down takes effect at the start of the next billing period, so nobody loses a feature part-way through work they are in the middle of. Until then the workspace keeps the plan it paid for.

Monthly to annual takes effect immediately, and what you have already paid for the current month is credited against the annual charge. Annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the paid term — ask support and the switch is queued; nothing is charged twice.
